Forgot your password?

Upon signing up, your password was sent to the email address entered during the registration process. Please check your inbox and your spam folder. If you have used the ‘Forgot password’ link and cannot access your password, please contact us with your full name and the email address you used to sign up and we will be happy to re-send it to you.

Are you approved by the licensing authority?

Yes. All of our courses have been pre-approved by the state licensing authority (Real Estate Commission / Division) in order to be offered for credit. Our state-specific approval number appears at the top right corner of our homepage. Check with your licensing authority to determine which courses are needed for your renewal.

When can I begin?

The courses are available online 24/7. All of our courses are narrated and self-paced such that you can stop and go as you please. You can begin immediately or at your leisure.

Can I swap out a course in the course package?

Yes, you can swap out any unused course for an equivalent course in inventory. Once you purchase the course package, please email us with the course titles you would like to add/remove within that package and we’ll be happy to customize it for you free of charge.

When will I receive my completion certificate?

It is not unusual for certificates to be processed within 1-3 business days, but you’ll want to allow 5-8 business days for processing of certificates to be safe. Expedited processing is available on a case by case basis for an additional fee. Unless expediting, please allow time for processing prior to contacting the office.

What is your refund policy?

Once paid, there is no refund for our online products. We do want you to succeed and be happy with our courses, so we work with you to ensure your success. If for any reason you are not happy with the course, please contact us.

How long do I have access to the course?

You have 6 months from the date of purchase to complete the course. At the end of the 6 months, you can request an extension. Extensions are offered on a case by case basis. If at any time a course becomes discontinued, we will substitute an alternative course of equal credit hours (a 3 hour course for a 3 hour course) when available.

Can I take a break during the course?

Yes, simply close out the windows and come back another time. There is a table of contents on the right side of all chapter lessons. These titles are clickable and provide an easy way to navigate to a particular topic. Login new each time to ensure you are on active session that has not timed out.

Can I do the same course again for credit?

It depends. Most states will allow you to repeat a continuing education course but not within the same renewal cycle. Please contact the Commission for up-to-date rules specific to your state. If you are concerned about duplicates, you may wish to contact us about swapping out unused course titles for equivalent courses free of charge.

Can I use this course on my iPad or mobile device?

Yes, with the help of a third party app, you can take the course on an iPad and most mobile devices. The iPad and iPhone do not naturally support Flash-based webpages. One solution is to download an app such as Photon* that allows you to view Flash-based content (from our site and other unrelated websites) on your iPad. This means that instead of using Safari as your browser, you would simply use Photon to open the page.*
*Note: While we are not aware of any negative impact from downloading or using Photon, be advised that we do not have any relationship to the company who makes Photon. As such, we have no control over their products or their impact. Though we have heard of no complaints thus far, please download and use at your own risk.

Are there any special computer requirements to use your program on my computer?

The program operates off of Flash, a program that commonly pre-exists on most laptop and desktop computers. Other than that, you would need a reliable internet connection.

How do I apply my continuing education course credit toward make-up for a previous year / biennium?

In states where this option is possible (ex: Hawaii), you would simply indicate “yes” via the pull-down menu on your end-of-course survey where it asks whether you want to apply the course credit as re-activation / make-up.

How long is each course?

Most states require 50-60 minutes of material per credit hour. This means that for a 3 hour course, you would want to allow 3 hours to complete the course.

Do I need to listen to the audio?

Yes. The bulleted information you see during the presentation is not stand-alone content -- instead it is meant to be accompanied by the audio that explains and elaborates on that bulleted information. Listening to the audio helps ensure you've met the state's time requirement.

My state requires quizzes. Can I retake the quiz if I get interrupted or don’t pass the first time?

Yes, you can re-take any quiz without penalty in order to achieve the passing score of 75% or higher.

What date will appear on my certificate?

The date indicated on your certificate is the date in which the course (and its related tests / surveys) were completed. Note: Your timestamp is based on the time zone of the state in which the course is registered and not necessarily the time zone of the state you are in when completing the course.

Do I need to start over at the beginning if I take a break?

No. Before logging out, you’ll want to look at the topics list on the right side of the presentation window. When you return, login anew and click on the topic where you left off to resume.
